We truly appreciate your support of our small, family-owned business.  As we grow, it is important to we implement policies and procedures that protect you, our valued clients, as well as our business.

 

POLICIES & ETIQUETTE

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We keep our class sizes small so we can focus on each individual. Accordingly, we require any class cancellations to be completed 12 hours before the scheduled class.  Any late cancellations will be charged in full. All private and semi-private sessions require 24-hour cancellation.  Please respect this policy as our instructors are compensated on a per-lesson basis.

 

JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES

Please refrain from wearing jewelry and/or pants with zippers during class to avoid any damage to our equipment.  Dangling jewelry rips the material of equipment, which is expensive to repair and replace.  Thank you!

 

SHOE POLICY 

We do not allow shoes on our equipment to avoid any damage to our equipment. 

 

CELL PHONE USE

Please turn your phone to silent before class begins to avoid disruptions during class.  Similarly, please do not accept any phone calls in the studio, particularly on your speakerphone or through your watch. 

 

EQUIPMENT USE 

Your safety is our primary concern.  For your safety, we do not allow anyone to utilize our equipment without the supervision of one of our comprehensively certified instructors. You are not permitted to use the equipment unless you are in class or in a private or semi-private session.

 

CHILD SAFETY

Children are only permitted in the studio if they have an appointment with one of our instructors.  If you would like to have a pre-teen join a Pilates class, please speak with one of our instructors.  

 

PET POLICY

Pets are not permitted in the studio.

 

REFUND POLICY

Packages and individual items purchased are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Packages purchased for privates and/or classes may not be exchanged for an alternative service.  Refunds are not available for partially used packages or expired packages.  Refunds and/or partial refunds are also not available for monthly memberships once the month has commenced.  Refunds on credit card purchases can be issued for an unused package, but Bodhi reserves the right to deduct 8% from the original purchase price on refunds processed through credit card transactions.
